Terms and conditions for the sale of ICT products and services

Scope

These terms apply to the sale of ICT products and related services/accessories as listed in our catalog. All sales are conducted by ALTSOFT Sp. z o.o. in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.

Orders

Orders are created via our website interface. Items, quantities, and prices are clearly shown prior to order confirmation. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the specified products at the displayed prices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.

Payments & Taxes

The total price shown at checkout includes all applicable fees. Taxes are calculated and applied per applicable law. Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified during the checkout process.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery timelines and return conditions are disclosed per product and provided in order confirmation communications. Return instructions and procedures will be provided post-order as applicable.

Customers have statutory rights regarding returns and refunds as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all products as per applicable law. Any additional warranties or guarantees are described on individual product pages where applicable.

Warranty claims should be submitted through our contact form with relevant order and product information.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages as permitted by applicable law.

This limitation does not affect statutory consumer rights or mandatory liability provisions under applicable law.

Changes

Product availability and prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures will be specified based on applicable legal requirements and customer location.
